Customer experiences

"In addition to a strong study of the content, I liked the fact that process thinking was visualised in all sorts of new ways. This gave new insights.”

Wouter Jordens - Vechtverband

"MEDD searched for the core question and the answer to our problem. As a result, a design has been developed that helps us further than we dared to dream. We have been given a visualization that invites you to a conversation.”

Ditta van den Berg - HagaZiekenhuis

"the road to CE does not have to be boring with the MEDD method.”.

Ted van Scheppingen -'t Tilcentrum

"MEDD's risk-based design approach provides us with insight into user, product and organisational risks. The FMEA format combines these insights and is practical to use".

Ewoud Kooijmans - QRS Critical Care

"MEDD has supported us extremely carefully in carrying out user-oriented research in the field of eHealth."

Nienke Nijhof - Vilans
